Day 8 – Sept 19 - EDINBURGH

This morning we traveled north into Scotland and the largest city of Edinburgh. 

And yes, it was raining

We stopped to see the ruins of the Abby at Jedburgh

And to have some lunch.  Will was in his glory getting to eat Haggis

When we got to Edinburgh we met up with a local guide who took us for a half day tour of the city and a visit to St Giles Cathedral.

When we returned to the hotel we had a little bit of time to look around.  We had dropped Kenn & Kathy off at the local ER so she could get permission to fly,  She still can't put any weight on her foot,  Once she was settled in her room Ken and I took a little walk to get some fresh air.  After dinner we got busy and found a flight home for the 2 of them.  They are leaving in the AM
